Matt has been going to shows for over 20 years and photographing bands for the last 10. In 2011, Matt decided to get more serious about concert photography and worked to photograph over 75 shows for a number of promoters and clubs in Madison, WI. Matt's philosophy is to get close and experience the show through the eyes of a fan--though a photo pass obviously helps too.
